Every one of our clients has access to a dedicated HR consultant. This person is responsible for managing your relationship with us for the duration of your contract. They will get to know you, your business, and your management team. They will be on hand to follow up on any advice that you have received from our advisory service, and will work with you to ensure that our services are meeting the needs of your organisation.
This may involve development of your policies and procedures, to meet the changes in the organisation, or identifying the training needs of your supervisors and managers in order that we can develop a bespoke training programme.
Records of the advice given to your managers, may reveal ‘hotspots', or weaknesses the have so far remained undetected. Our consultant's objective view will help you to address these problem areas, so that they may be nipped in the bud.
